VATSIM NGX Groupflight

Featured Replies

I'm actually intending to fly the NGX quite a bit on VATSIM during beta - look for PMDG736, 737, 738 & 739 online, callsign "Precision". I'd probably be up for leading a group flight a couple days after release or something like that (want to give people time to learn the plane first.)
Ryan,You might want to buy an extra monitor or two, just to have enough room for all of the messages we'll be sending you during the flight. :(

Ryan,When do you normally fly? What time in gmt do you fly? I'm hopping to see the ngx in person (although multiplayer aircrafts in vatsim look real bad)

Hey Ryan, can you pull a Captainsim and send all us just the exterior model of the NGX so we can use it as VIP? LOLNo seriously, that's good to hear. Perhaps I'll catch on sometime.

I'm in! This was a great idea; and thread! Constructive! :)All I ever fly is online, once you do it becomes the ONLY way to fly! But then to do it with the new NGX and the community here?? Now THAT would be awesome!Of course, we're gonna get Robert to fly too... RIGHT??? :)Anxiously awaiting the NGX...Robert Shepherd

Agreed, so all we would need at this time is a consensus on where everyone wants to fly out of/to.I say BFI-MDW (Chicago is where Boeing's HQ is)
Is there any good freeware scenery out there for those two airports? If so, can you post links? I like the idea of a group flight, however it may be problematic given time zones. Good idea still.

I think Ryan has let slip the models PMDG is working on for the NGX. Whether this has been posted previously, I do not know...

They could do the group flight in two different shifts 12 hours appart of one another or maybe 3 shifts 8 hours appart. That way everyone can participate.

Count me in guys. All I need is 24hrs advance notice and I'll make it.

That is the idea ;)
We can also have "DELIVERY" flights from BOEING airfield to our own countries (or cities) starting as groups from BOEING field. but after familiarization period of one or two weeks after the release.Straight%20Face.gif
