I went down the local K's Denki store here in Akita, Japan to look at buying FSX with the Acceleration expantion. I knew that the store had the game in stock, but I feel a little sticker shocked when I saw the price. 9,780 yen!! :( :( That is close, if not over $100 for FSX!Being the occational smart shopper I declined to buy, haha.Just thought I'd share this story with everyone.Happy flying everyone.

I remember when, in 2007, when FSX was just released, I went to Dynabyte here in the Netherlands and saw the ubnfortunate price tag of €130.. At this timne you can go to any shop and pay roughly €45. Advice: go to another store or order online.

I think you're trying the start something against another developer. What is posted here isn't necessarily true if one cares to dig into the details.

I think it would be a great time to see FSX delivered in a download format. The demand for the game is not general enough for boxed retail stores. I think Microsoft would be able to deliver to its target audience best through a downloadable version of FSX. It's about time. Maybe Flight will start this trend.
