June 30, 201114 yr Looks really nice, but your RealityXP integration pictureshows both the 530 and the 430 set to NAV1 / COM1...It would look more realistic if one of the two was set to NAV2 / COM2. :( Bert
July 1, 201114 yr Author Commercial Member It is an mistake of the picture. But Reality XP allows you to change between COM/NAV1 and COM/NAV2.We will change the picture for avoiding confusions. Thanks for the comment.Carenado
July 1, 201114 yr Well I can't use both the RXP530 and the RXP430 at the same time. After I run the Carenado configurator for both, the 530 screen just stays black. When you look at a sharp angle, it looks like the 530 is running but it is covered with a black screen. I have the unlimited pack and I did run the RXP configurator, but when I was having the issues, I removed all of the RXP items from the panel folder and re-configurd using the Carenado tool but still no go.LouP
July 1, 201114 yr Minor issue: the cowl flaps handle seems to be reversed - handle moved to "Open", cowl flaps are closed. Regards, Bruce Riggs KDFW

This is refreshing to see you guys available here. Also thank you for the RXP integration. Personally I have not bought many products lately specific because I use RXP, So without a doubt it is much appreciated to have this functionality and I personally feel you guys are busy turning things around. Waiting for the download to finish. looking forward to take the 210 for a spinGood JOB..!! much appreciated..
July 1, 201114 yr Same problem here .... Hi there, same here, seems like the gauge of the RXP530 is kind of "under" the wanted gauge-place in the VC! (just as with the Commander 3rd-party-option)But I managed it by an interim workarround for the RXP530 / RXP430 Integration:Simply install meanwhile the Car530-RXP430 Integration-file, if you want to use both RXP units. Then just exchange all the gauge-lines saying Gps_530_3D_210!gps_500 in the panel.cfg with rxpGNS!GNS530... now it should work fully nicely integrated! Only drawback is that you have to switch it on by the 2D-popup-panel, won´t switch on by GNS-VC-knob so far :( .I also added a valid/working rxpgns.ini to the panel-folder.Hope it helps through the weekend!Fantastic plane and FDE - File so far I can say in 2 hrs of flight, I am totally impressed and THANK YOU for LISTENING Carenado!Happy Landings!Andreas EDDN Best regards,
July 1, 201114 yr Commercial Member Well I can't use both the RXP530 and the RXP430 at the same time.+1Furthermore I notice that there are no light maps for the RXP unit buttons making them very hard to see at night. Any chance something (hopefully simple) could be done about this? Konrad

You will see open ground where rudder paddles sould be.I hope carenado will be fixing this soon.Still outstanding work.Chet Two Wolves.Well, I see that too when I really look for it. I guess I wonder how often you'll be flying the aircraft from outside looking in, with the doors open, and at an angle where you can actually get that view? I think in the overall scheme of things, that one is really a non issue :(.Carenado, I have to say that this is the best "out of the box" release you've had since the 206 way back when. The FDE's are as close to perfect as I think they can possibly be, and that's the most important part in my opinion. I've put a few hours on this now, and it's really outstanding. I have a reasonable amount of RW time in the bigger Cessna's (206, 185, 182) and this handles very much like what I expect the 210 should handle like.As I see it, only two burning issues need to be addressed - the RXP problems (I'll be buying those once the problems with the 210 get sorted out) and the reversed cowl flaps. Unless others find anything of a serious nature, I'd say you have a winner here and hopefully those 2 remaining issues can be rectified shortly.Very good work on a fine aircraft.
July 1, 201114 yr I think a lot of developers do things like this to help with frame rates. Load up your Real Air Duke and move forward to see the front cowling from the inside, you may be shocked what is not there. I am OK with this as it does serve a purpose and don't see the missing parts during normal flying. Oh and another example, try "leaning back" through the bulkhead on your PMDG J41 and "see" the wings that are not there ;). Again, the more complex the aircraft, the more creative the devs have to be so we get good fps.Happy Flying,LouP
