July 30, 201114 yr That would be great but I would lik the NGX and 777 first.Just flew the Queen from Miami to Lagos over the night landing this morning. Great flight in a great airplane. Steven herzberg just flew her from Melbourne to Sydney to Auckland NZ, what a TERRIFIC simulation this is ... i'd sure love to see an update some time. July 30, 201114 yr Commercial Member I cant remember which thread but Capt. Randazzo had said the Queen will be remade and updated. correct Alex Ridge Join Fswakevortex here! YOUTUBE and FACEBOOK
July 30, 201114 yr 777 doesn't appeal that much to me, but I know I'm in a minority there, so will look forward to seeing that. Dh8 I do like idea of, I love flying the js41. However I get the impression that the dash they will be making will be the 300 which I'm not interested in at all, I can't remember last time I ever saw one, and I see a lot of planes! I hope that PMDG consider making the 400 which is in far greater use. The queen however is probably my greatest desire, I'd quite happily prefer to see that before the 777 and dash, the present one is dated now, it doesn't span well on my tripple monitor setup, and due to lack of sdk and closed ofsets doesn't work well with addon hardware. Some of the systems not quite correct either now compared to the ngx reality. Having the ngx, js41 and 747 in my hangar would be perfect combination...only thing extra would be to see some other well made regional jet crj or even something like g5 etc. Of course an airbus would be great to.The greatest selling point to the ngx is the sdk, and seeing other PMDG aircraft with an sdk would be great. July 31, 201114 yr The Dash won't be the 300 they're doing 100/200. Fiddle with the 747 later, Dash first please. The J41 is awesome but they've stopped making them and minimal carriers use them. Running i5-9600K @ 4.8ghz - 32GB DDR4 3200mhz - GTX 3070.
July 31, 201114 yr I'd love to see a new 747 with NGX details as well. everything PMDG is going to produce I will buy even if I don't fly it that much. The support alone is worth it. Thank you. Evan Banalian.

Evan Banalian. Well said and I totally agree. If PMDG makes it, I'll buy it. It's as simple as that. GO PMDG! Robert Yunque
July 31, 201114 yr That would be great but I would lik the NGX and 777 first.Just flew the Queen from Miami to Lagos over the night landing this morning. Great flight in a great airplane. Steven herzberg I believe that it has been stated before that PMDG has two development teams. It may be that work has already begun on the 777 and the NGX team will start on another project. I also believe that their is a mystery project in the works. How they develop is a mystery but I am sure they have their plans mapped out. As per your wish, you will get it. That is the release order, I believe. Mike Keigley
July 31, 201114 yr God forbid PMDG plans to update their current technology, or my processor would be the size of my house, with an ocean of liquid helium.

July 31, 201114 yr I have a dream that PMDG are going to do a "new" Queen, in same quality as the new NGX... I have been study this picture over and over, and one thing for sure, it smells quality long way, in my eyes. I think many agree with me on this, that it would have been pretty passionately with a fresh Queen, made by PMDG. But, who knows....one day!!! Well, after all, better not to know. (Much better to be surpriced one day ) We have the same dream, don't worry.
July 31, 201114 yr what are the two development teams and what do they do?I do not know. This is a question for the PMDG team. They have typically been tight lipped about such internal operations. I just know this from the bits and pieces I have gleaned from the forums. Mike Keigley
July 31, 201114 yr One team does the Turbine Props while other does the jet simulations. Do correct me if im wrong.
July 31, 201114 yr Well if sam is right nobody should complain about PMDG doing the 747 remake so they can do the dash 8 :) Joe Barton
July 31, 201114 yr One team does the Turbine Props while other does the jet simulations. Do correct me if im wrong. This is what they said at one point, but that was ages ago. Plans and organizations change - though I'm hoping they still plan to do the Dash-8. I see more Js41 flying than i do DH8 100/200/300 seems pointless making them when anyone who invests in a Dash these days buys a 400, and even that I would say is coming to its end of popularity with many carriers moving over to embraers or crj jets. I Really wont bother with the DH8 if its a 100/200, will stick with my Js41, then await the 747 remake. Till that time will be my ngx, js41 and leveld 767 which is still superb because of its hardware support. Regards James Carr
