August 5, 201114 yr IN PMDG'S WEB PAGE IT SAYS THAT I MIGHT HAVE 64 BIT. BUT I HAVE 32 BIT. WITH 32 BIT IT IS GOING TO WORK? Yeah. I'm guessing they recommend a 64bit OS because it usually helps with the OOM errors. And you can use more RAM with Windows actually seeing it. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

August 5, 201114 yr IN PMDG'S WEB PAGE IT SAYS THAT I MIGHT HAVE 64 BIT. BUT I HAVE 32 BIT. WITH 32 BIT IT IS GOING TO WORK? Theirs sometimes a problem with OOM errors in FSX and 32 bit, a long time problem for some including me until I made some changes a long while back and repeated with each new installation/machine. I can only say for me I don`t get them as I use the USERVA command and inrease Virtual Memory to the max advised by Windows. Its easy to say but I`m not expecting any problems in 32 bit Vista with UAC turned off and using my own security, though that isn`t part of the OOM errors but helps.
