Hi, as all of you may have read, Mr. Randazzo made a post saying the problem with the release is 'external' and is coming from China Coincidentally, PMDG's main competitor, iFly, is all Chinese! Note; This is just pointing out a coincidence, not an accusation! Big Grin.gif -Martin Harasimowicz

In a case when people are denied of something they want, a culprit is needed. So the combination of iFLY's site being down (so sorry) and a Chinese DDoS attack let's all of the tinfoil hats shine!

Pointless - DDoS hosts are often unaware they're even participating, and DDoS attacks themselves exploit protocols very effectively. Best regards,Robin.

If any of you have spent any time in the iFly forums, you would know that they are some of the most gracious folks out there. Not only that, but they are backed (or whatever) by Flight1. Do you think a company like Flight1 would associate with people like that?? I second the "Have you people gone insane?" argument. Adam EDIT: Not only that...but they knew this day was coming and were quite surprised by the success of the FS9 version of their product. I don't for any second believe anyone involved with or working for iFly would have anything to do with this.

The iFly site has been down for quite a while, so I doubt very much that there's any linkage.
