Quit crying about it, you're one of many people who was impacted by this attack. You just had 2 PMDG employees taking the time after a no-doubt insanely crazy evening offering their apologies to you personally, and assuring you that they will get to you as soon as they possibly can. That said, it was VERY unprofessional for a representative of a fairly major game-addon manufacturer to write something like that in a public forum. His or her manager needs to reprehend them and explain why there is no upside to such comments and a great deal of downside.

Frankly, I am not being that unreasonable. I have been on the edge of my seat for days in anticipation of this great plane. I followed all of the instructions, paid the money and am frustrated that I do not have the product. No tantrum, no whining, just disappointed. I want to fly the PMDG 737 NGX. Don't you? Ed

Expecting a relatively small business like PMDG to protect against DoS attack, the one that brings down CNN and major Credit Card companies to it's knees, is nothing short of unreasonable.Nick M

We all want to. I purchased it about an hour ago but they have since taken their server offline, meaning I cannot download it. I'm just as frustrated as you but you can hardly blame PMDG...no one in the world would have ever of thought they'd be the subject of a ddos attack.
