So "as real as it gets" first of all means real world costs if you stay legal (which you should).In my eyes, and therefore somehow contrary to Bert's posting, worth a closer look before actually buying the stuff.

Agree you should always look closely before buying - but I was actually thinking about the FLT and FLN gaugesfirst, which have turned the default 172 into a really nice aircraft, along with the Carenado Bonanza, one of my favorites. As for the GNS gauge from RXP, I do love them and have no particular issues with them. If you require updated Navdata for your flying, neither the FSX GNS, nor the RXP GNS willgive you that.
