October 9, 201114 yr Hey all,Just noticed that uk2000 offer a free version of their airports. I currently use the default as the aeroosoft airport i bought hit my fps too hard. Are the uk2000 free editions any better than the default airports?? Any idea why they offer them free? Thanks :)
October 9, 201114 yr helloThey are a lot better than the defaults. The free versions are cut down versions of the Payware versions, if you like them you will probably go on the purchase the full versions. The full versions are also available as demos but with the limitation of a large box placed on the runway. So two ways to try before you buy
October 9, 201114 yr That sounds great - i would presume as they are scaled down they may also be friendlier on fps. Are there any airports for europe which are similar? Low fps fit but better then default, i mean! Thanks :-)

October 9, 201114 yr The payware ones are well worth it, but it is nice that you can try things out of course. UK 2000 is probably my favourite airport scenery developer - the stuff always seems to have the right balance between good details and decent FPS. October 9, 201114 yr HelloThe UK is in Europe last time I looked. That's only because our government wont let us have a referendum! The World is divided into two groups. Those who say "Give me a link" and those that provide the link. WWG1WGA
October 9, 201114 yr That's only because our government wont let us have a referendum! Hello RonVery true, but it looks like they are going to let the MP's vote on whether we should get the referendum that both major parties promised whilst out of office.Going to be interesting, I would guess my vote will be the same as yours
