October 27, 201114 yr One thing I'd like to see included, if possible, is Transition Altitude being updated according to the selected departure procedure, as descibed in the FCOM. At the moment you have to change this manually.Kevin Hall
October 27, 201114 yr Commercial Member I would like PMDG to make all the engine options available. Not just as derates and uprate. And as mentioned in the PAX thread, the possibility to add the full pax number to the various models. The performance data does not exist for anything other than the primary engine type, we've been over this - Boeing creates custom performance data when an airline orders one of the up or downrated engines that is specific to the exact options/weight of their configuration. Anyone who claims to have this type of data either stole it or is making it up. We can only model what we have data for from Boeing. In addition, be aware that this is completely a software/control thing on the real airplane - using a derate or bump to simulate it on the NGX is effectively exactly what happens on the real ones, but it just affects the whole flight regime (cruise etc). There's no such thing as a CFM56-7B24 vs. a CFM56-7B26 - they are the exact same physical engine with the software switched to provide whatever maximum thrust rating. Not sure what you mean about the pax numbers.I would like to someday share the cockpit with another simmer in Multicrew.JBIt's on the list... no guarantee as always though, there's significant challenges in doing it with an addon this complex.Manual Gear Extension Hatch.. Working... MD-11 had it, the NGX should too. It's being considered for SP2.I would like to have "normal" failures like bursting tires, not working landing gear, etc.DavidWe are not planning to add any more failures to the product, sorry. What I would love to see, is rare and small variations in knobs settings after loading a panel - simulating previous crews using the airplane.Doing all preflight checks of panel state makes sense in RL, because previous crew/maintenance might had left something in a non-standard setting. And I don't mean putting all switches randomly out of order. Rather having a chance of say 20% that maybe one thing will be set improperly, and even much lower if it is something important and easy to spot. In terms of how things are usually set it makes no big difference, but in terms of expectations a huge difference - you just cannot be _sure_ that when you enter the plane, everything will exactly be as always.Like with failures - having even 1 random failure per 10 hrs makes me montor things much more closely, because something _may_ break, even if chances for that are low.Otherwise I just remember what knobs are set to, I can be 100% sure, so there is no need to do the preflight checks.I already posted this idea in the support system, and Ryan answered they are too busy with more important things.Well, but since this is a wish-list. ;-)The rest of my reply to you stated that real crews are professionals who follow the normal procedures and checklists and aren't going to leave an airplane in some randomized state with switches out of position after a flight... it seems an NG pilot has the same opinion in this thread too.An sdkIt's coming...I would like to have real time refueling as in the MD11We'll consider this for SP2, it's been requested by several others too. What i would like to see is the ability to save the FSOptions section, i like to start Cold and Dark and would like to have the ground equipment in place, doors open etc...Ground support is already saved in the panel state - check out the NGX LONG in SP1 when it comes out, it has the support equipment in place.2D throttle quad. Not happening, sorry.I don’t know if this is FSX limitation or not, I realized that the landing / taxi lights is very weak at sunset and sunrise, I wish that, it will be resolved, also I would like to model a camera position @ a passenger seat looking to the wing more to the back of the plane. The lighting is what it is - FSX doesn't even technically support these types of lights, it's a trick used to make it look the way it does and it is affected by the textures behind the "lens" of the light polygons. Certain times of day or certain types of textures can enhance or diminish the effect, nothing we can do there. The third wingview angle is already from behind the wing... If you want something different, learn to modify the coordinate values in the cfg and you can position the view wherever you'd like. October 28, 201114 yr For those of you that have it AES does a fantasic job with pushback, well worth the small investment.Small investment? "cough" Gerrit

October 28, 201114 yr Can we have a sexy hostess wich serve coffee in the next SP? Artur MunteanuThe secret of life is honesty and fair dealing. If you can fake that, you've got it made!
November 1, 201114 yr I believe the turning radius is way too wide.. At crowded airports it's impossible to push back past other parked aircraft and turn a tight 90 degress and be correctly lined up ready to taxi. Instead it takes a wide turn. I hope I'm being clear here?I like to second that one. See here http://forum.avsim.net/topic/347855-pushback-distance-and-turn-radius/page__fromsearch__1Can we have a sexy hostess wich serve coffee in the next SP? Yes, ....but please don't hire the Embrear-Lady (I won't tell the company). Regards,Axel
