Had the exact same thing happen when installing SP1 on the original NGX. After reinstall the NGX base first, however, the problem disappeared.

same prob here.but when you klick with the mouse on the fmc screen the fmc 2d windows comes up. klick now on the fmc pop up and the fmc screen works.sorry for the bad english ;)

I have the same issue, captains FMC dead :) Uninstall, then clean reinstall of base NGX, and SP1, and no FMC :)

Same issue here. But what Kronic2000 suggests works for me too (THANKS!). From a CLDDRK panel state (after SP1 captain FMC is off too) click on the FMC, 2d window pops up, click on it again, 2d window disappears --> VC FMC panel is now on.

Yes, bringing up the 2d version by clicking on it seems to wake it up.

Answer from support ticket Paul Gollnick (pgollnick) Subject Left FMC freeze after SP1 We are looking into a possible panel state file problem. Ryan is hoping to release some updated panel states for users in the next day or so once we figure out why there not working. In the meantime, please load the default panel state and shut the aircraft down and it should work properly. Regards Paul Gollnick Manager Customer Support Precision Manuals Development Group www.precisionmanuals.com

Works fine in 2d-panel mode, maybe you can just turn it on from there and then swtich to virtual cockpit.

Having the same issue as well. The 2d pop up window fix thankfully works.Adam
