November 6, 201114 yr "shadows are blue instead of black.."In clear sunlight they certainly are, since the area in shadow is only illuminated by the blue sky. In overcast conditions, however, the shaded area would just be a darker version of its original colouring (and generally have much fuzzier edges). No shadow is ever really black, though, except in very unusual conditions (sunlight on the Moon, maybe).My art-student years are intruding, I guess
November 6, 201114 yr Moderator WOW!If only FS Next, P3D, or X-Plane looked like that I would jump in on release day, even if the base software cost me up to $3000.Considering how far we've come since the early 80's, I dont doubt that sometime in the next 10 years we will have a viable desk top flight sim that looks like that.
