SP1b Auto Brake

Featured Replies

The Auto Brake disarms on touchdown, I installed the SP1b as instructed. Note: I'm using the CH pedals.

I have the Saitek pedals and I am about an hour out of KABQ will let you know what happens with mine when I land.

I use PFC hardware with toe brakes. Just landed using SP1b and it worked fine for me. No problems here.

Auto brake worked fine. Not sure a problem with that would necessarily be related to the rudder pedals, unless the were sending a brake signal (which would disengage the auto brake). Recalibrate maybe?I have Saitek rudder pedals.

- according to RSR post, no changes for the autobrake in sp1b.The autobrake 'revamp' was addressed in sp1- and it works as per NG documentation.

Nothing at all changed with the AB system for SP1b - CH's pots are really bad and we recommend getting the Saitek pedals.

My Auto Brake worked before SP1, after SP1 the auto brake disarms on landing. I thought It was in PMDG's list of fixes for SP1b.

CH pedals here and no problem also. If it is any consolation my friend flys 737/8"s for Delta and never uses autobrake in RW. Says and I quote "738 brakes suck". :)Steve Fitzpatrick
