You are right. Something is missing there in your screens. I'm sure you already run the installer 'as admin', antivirus off, Windows UAC off and so on.
Everything OFF... Gonna delete this thing untill a SP arrives (wich I know is probably never from Wilco)... Dammit - this is the secind time I've wasted money on Wilco - last time for sure.. But hey, I guess that's just the way it is in this buissnes..Anyhoo - thx for your help Cool...Mas

Ok - so the before shots was taken in the -500 SAS.This is from the -300 version - looks more like yours don't it? Wonder what's wrong?http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/811/vcnight4.jpg/Mas

I will check my -500 SAS. Maybe it's just the livery thing. Good catch! My shots came from a -500, but with the Boeing livery.

Good ol' Fritz, mixing up things. smile.pngNotice the different policy. You buy a thing, you download it, you need to download it again. A smart salesman now tells you to pay for downloading the generic installer, every year. Nice policy? The other, and fortunately more common approach is, you buy a thing, you download it, you need to download it again, you download it. I mean, you've bought it, right? So whatever one may like or not like about this Wilco/Feelthere plane, he is not forced to buy it. But if he does, the shop gives him 500 (sic!) downloads, instead of putting up small but lucrative barriers for things that should be .. standard. Easy. wink.png The magic word is 'policy'.Wasn't it clear that you won't like the Wilco plane, Fritz? I mean, before the thread even started. I do like the PMDG plane, and the iFly and the Wilco so far. So sorry for describing a few items for other folks to make up their minds before buying. We both know, the even better business model would allow a trial. Some devs already have that in place.
Yeah, good'ol CoolP... The thing is. It also seem common practice, fortunately, that liveries are free in our hobby... Not a problem anyway, as I won't buy this 737, and as customers have the choice. Happy flights guys. It's all that matters anyway.

Best regards, Fritz ESSONO

Fritz, don't worry, we've got your point and arguments. smile.png

You name it.Mas, can you check another -500 livery of yours? I've looked what's missing on your screenshot and it seems to be the items from SimObjectsAirplanesfeelThere pic 737-500 v2Texture Wilco_VCparts9_lm for example. But this texture is used for all -500s. So if your SAS doesn't show it, another livery of the -500 should have the same error. Can you check that?It would then mean that the file is missing or something. But I will check my SAS 500 now.Edited. Mas, my -500 SAS text is there. Please check if the file is present and if the other 500s show the error too. Then the solution may be easy. There's a general night texture mixup on the -500. Look at the panel at day and then night. The light model for the ac stuff is moved well above the actual panel to the aft overhead. Your shot shows it to be in place (your ac panel is lit, mine is dark), but you then have no text. Puzzling!dayhy.th.jpgnighteo.th.jpgThe -400 shows another mixup and the -300 does too, same nature.400vdz.th.jpgMas, I think you've pointed on something big when it comes to the lighting. The only puzzling element for me is that you don't get the text but I do. However, there's some work to do. The day textures look ok, but the night changes things on the overhead.I have to check if my texture mixup comes from loading the same plane in FSX too often though. But the shifted light model on the -500 seems to happen all the time.

I have the mentioned file at the correct location.Loading up the SAS 400: http://imageshack.us...3/vcnight5.jpg/ - No lit text and 2D panels misplaced in 3D OH.Loading up the SAS 500: http://imageshack.us...1/vcnight6.jpg/ - Text lit but still 2D panels misplaced in 3D OH.LH 400: http://imageshack.us...4/vcnight7.jpg/ - Text lit but still 2D panels misplaced in 3D OHBaltic -500: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/546/vcnight8.jpg/ - Text lit but 2D panels misplaced. The day textures are fine, but simply clicking the lights on alters the OH to the faulty ones...This Wilco cannot get around - fix is needed!Cool - any solutions on your part??Thx again for your hard work!Mas

No support forum for Wilco products? No ticket thingy?? No... still??

Best regards, Fritz ESSONO

your model, VC and lighting comments have nothing to do with feelThere. feelThere only updated the gauges. your concerns are with Wilco -http://www.wilcopub....icalassistance/(scroll to the bottom of the page for the support form)Wilco also controls the SP 'strings' and all updates. all concerns must be voiced to them (see link above), again as has been stated for 1/2 a year, as only the panel gauges were supplied by feelThere.--
Well OK, I wasn't that well informed about internal structured of the company, but I think Wilco will get a mail from me....

I get the misplaced light model on all variants. I've tried a bit on changing the panel style from analogue to digital and things, but it mainly stays like shown on the -500 model. E. g. the ac part is moved upwards and lit up there.

This Wilco cannot get around - fix is needed!
Absolutely. The lighting is mixed up.I've downloaded a fresh installer but the MD5 checksum is the same, so there's no change to be expected. Sorry, I can't provide a solution, but I think a texture guy can correct the light model files easily, so that they match the gauges. However, that's dev work by design of course.Note. Reloading the plane does not do good here. If I switch the models to check the 500 and then 400 for example, I get some more mixup and a fresh FSX start is needed to cure it.Maybe I'll drop Wilco some lines and links to the screens or this thread. Lets see if the evolution took place. happy.png

The more tickets subitted, the better. But I guess the word of this "minor" fault should reach wilco...Back to the NGX I guess... I was hoping to have the entire SAS fleet complete with the CRJ from Aerosoft coming out shortly ;)Thx again again - see you when a fix comes out!Mas

Right, strange problem here with the 737-300 Lufthansa. To start the engines, you have to move the fuel levers in both the VC and on the 2D panel, otherwise it doesn't work. Now doing my first flight from EDDM to EDDV, and must say I more and more get the feeling that it was rushed to release, as others suggested, to get it ready in time for christmas. The result is that there are these kind of sloppy problems that needn't be there at all. That said, I kind of like flying it. The exterior is not so bad either. The more I look at it, the more I like it.LNAV works okay for me, VNAv was a bit goofy, sort of "chasing" the F/D horizontal bar.I really like the display of the route, giving nice curves and such. Looks very good!I think I'll probably try and repaint some parts of the VC. There are some rather noticeable errors, like the fuel switch labels. Really gotta fix those...Current bottom line: the panel is actually rather nice, the VC is below my expectations, and the exterior is quite okay. I think I might go for third-party sounds, though. I don't really like the engine sounds of this add-on.

I think if she behaves ok on LNAV and VNAV, there's nothing from stopping me. Setting up the next flight now. If CS comes up soon with -100 and -200, the steam gauge skies may get busy though.I think the -400 day panel may need some work too. Can one of you guys confirm the sort of stacked lights on the -400 air panel?ohlights.th.jpgAlso, it may be a system detail I'm not aware of or just an error. The right aft fuel pump 'rules' all the fuel on the right side. So the forward pump gets the low pressure sign either way.pumpsr.th.jpgAnd how do I reset that ET clock? It remains the time from the first flight of the day.I alter the squawk code with my M-Panel, but how does it happen in the VC or 2D panel? On the engine start, I've developed a habit, not especially for this plane though. I always load the planes and use the FSX key commands for high rpm and max mixture. So that all internal stuff says 'go' and only the addon VC things then rule it.Let me know what you find on the sounds, Benjamin. I think I can use the TSS stuff from the AI sound addon, but I haven't tried. There is a set for the default -800 though, which may come in handy. Edited. I took the TSS -800 set from Flight1 Audio Environment and replaced the sound folder in SimObjectsAirplanesfeelThere pic 737-300 v2. That's a tip, huge difference now, with the externals being the best part.I still find it funny that Boeing had the Nav autotune on the Classics but dropped it on the NG. Just out of interest, what's the background there?

Cool - I'll look into the -400 thing later - just doing ENGM-EKCH on the NGX -600 now...Mas

Thanks for the reviews - CoolP and Thralni very informative :). Looks similar to the old Wilco PIC just a native FSX version, as the original was a killer on frames how does this fair ?
