Also having some tools we could use to work on the plane would be nice i think .dm8y6t.jpg

Hey I've seen those objects before! Unless I'm mistaken they're straight from FSX...But the ambient occlusion on the hangars is err... wrong... look at the one on the right, it gets brighter as it goes down. The lighting system looks very nice on the aircraft however

LOL :smile:I got stuck trying to drive the RV-6 over to the battleship in Honolulu. Got wedged between 2 trees and had to end the flight and physically move my plane on the map. Never did get within rifle range of the ship! Love the way they show the landing strip on Ford island being overgrown though. The Flight boys and girls have a few things to do yet don't they?Kind regards,

It LOOKS (not sure) like there is an overhang of the roof - that could explain it.

Only just got back in to flight simming and Avsim after a year or so - pardon me whilst I find my feet again!

That's one of the points made during the beta. The lack of any sort of Slew or Pushback is a serious handicap. Yesterday, while picking up one of the "Lost Props" aerocaches, I somehow managed to get my A5's nosewheel stuck on the starboard wing of one of the "wrecked aircraft" back in the woods...I wish now I'd taken a screenshot. It was comical. No crash registered when it happened, but there I was stuck in an ackward position with no way to recover from my gaffe! :LMAO:

LOLOL! It is a serious humbling experience to get stuck and then to get stuck again, and again! How do you get over to see the battleship anyway? Anyone know?Kind regards,

You CAN go into the map and MOVE your aircraft, but that puts you into the air and takes you our of immersion. I really hope pushback is added soon as the external walk-around mode seems PERFECT fit for doing a pushback. Its one of those features that technically is not all that difficult to do. Many ways you can do it. You can go fancy by enabling some sort of push back in walk around, or as simple as a single key that makes your aircraft roll back at a slow rate. Something like this will be REALLY REALLY telling how well the Flight dev team supports is FANS. FANS are requesting this feature. BETA testers requested this feature. Its needed. Lets see how well Flight supports US. If they start adding these features, I will support Flight. Well more at least.

The "battleship" (the USS Missouri aka the Mighty Mo) is docked at Pearl (more specifically, Ford Island) next to the Arizona Memorial... Hawaiian Adventure Pack needed to see it.
