I think you're missing an ''I think" at the beginning of your statement ;). All of Australia sounds a bit much, so the question becomes: what parts of Australia. Combining that with Joshua Howard's statements, what new types of flying experience would (parts of) Australia offer that Hawai and Alaska don't?

Actually, Papua New Guinea would be a fun addition. Valleys obscured by clouds, the hallans (highlands) would be a challenge, and spoken audio using tok pisin (PNG's form of pigeon English). I'd buy that DLC.

Yes I do, one of the weaker missions. It's a shame everyone always remembers that one and not the NDB/DME into Innsbruck or the deadstick landing in the Swiss Alps, or the Alaska Cargo Run.Actually I think PNG would fit in quite well with the type of flying we have in Flight, but in terms of flying experience I think it would overlap with Alaska (bush flying, bad weather). Would still be awesome though.

I just love the deadstick landing in the Swiss Alps. I keep going back to that one. Kind of what FLIGHT is all about I think. My kind of seat of the pants flying. I have not missed that landing yet!

hey John,I do remember those, and the re-supply mission..Loved them all..I was only making the point that FSX was a "game" too, and the fact that Flight has coins isn't why I'm "annoyed" with it (I haven't collected a single coin in Flight yet, and I only played the Sydney one once!)But yes, PNG would be hard, but then as I said on their forum: why always try for the lowest common denominator? My 10-year old _loves_ Flight. he doesn't want to fly any challenges, he just wants to master cross-wind landings!bestjake
