  • System Wide Update Today

March 21, 2012, 1300 EST: There will be a system wide up date to our forum operating system in the next hour or two. This is an update that may have some impact on features. We are reasonably confident that the update will have little impact on basic functionality, however we are unable to guarantee that 100 percent of our current features will survive intact. We do not anticipate any significant failures or disruptions. We will announce when the update is complete.

Things seem sort of OK here in West Virginia, USA at 1150z. However I can't use the little preview button. I click on it and I just get the spinning icon t show it's working but nothing else ever happens. Been this way for 18 hrs now.I see my answer above was posted. When I clicked on the "post" button I got the progress bar thing but the post never went up. After a minute or so wait I clicked off, then found the reply was in place. Things did n't appear broke to me in the first place. Why did you fix them Tom??

I seem to be getting the same problems. Also in order to post I'm having to click 'post' and then refresh the page!Just found out "edit" doesn't work either - Just tried to edit my post and nothing happend - Just wanted to add that I'm using google chrome - if that's relevant or helpful.

And no ability to use the EDIT button at the moment ....not good with my level of typos, as I tend to post first, then edit to correct the typos Lol! :(

I have noticed that when I post, the green box at the top of my screen freezes and my post never seems to go through unless I refresh the page.

I'm sure that Tom et al are aware of the situation and are working to correct it. Not sure if any of you remember but it used to take a couple of weeks for your TV to be repaired. You were lucky if they had a loaner while yours was in the shop so that at least you could watch all your beloved 6 channels while you were waiting for yours to be returned. Don't get me started on having to walk to school up and down hills in driving snow-storms LOL.

The search function appears borked, as well. "Bojote" couldn't be found either as content, topic or author anywhere.

ForumRunner keeps throwing up Parse errors. Mobile version okay, but still has that bunch of code at the top of the page.
