Journey to Alaska coming when?

Featured Replies

I could have sworn they said this would be available in the Spring but see no mention of it now.Am I going mad/blind or have they silently removed that part?

It will be available sometime this Spring . . . which means between March 20th and June 20th. (Spring begins on the Spring Equinox and lasts until the Summer Solstice.)

Spam? I was asking you folks whether I was correct in thinking that MS had said Alaska would be available this Spring.Arwen answered my question and I now know I wasn't seeing things.

A380, I didn't understand your initial post fully. The information on the MS Flight website is updated pretty often. I cannot find where it now states "this Spring" as the release date either. But unless they post an updated release date, I think we can all still expect to see the Alaska Pack released sometime "this Spring."

This is a forum, the readers read optionally, and the posters may post questions. It was on topic for the forum and it was answered in few posts. I've been lurking here for some time and am often put off by the 'back-seat-driver' approach of telling people what to post or calling their input 'spam'. You only made the thread bigger by replying - if it's spam to YOU, YOU can stop reading.

Just ignore him. That usually works well !Fred.

If not, Flight is certainly dead.

Don't say that please. This thread could also get locked.

JP, that's a wee bit harsh for what is a fair question/statement that should generate only reasonable responses. There is no need of taking a shot like that. Please be civil.

Oh, I'm sure he meant it as a joke, but I was wandering off-topic anyway, so we'll get back to the regularly scheduled release-date discussion. I just sure hope it's sooner rather than later.

I also believe i read somewhere a while ago that it was due this spring. However, it might be that someone said it in some previous thread :)Still, my fingers are crossed that it is true. Can't wait to explore Alaska and be able to fly during a blizzard :PCheers

The original announcement for the "Journey to Alaska" did include the claim that it was to be released this Spring. It has been edited several times, and as of today had that text removed......so perhaps there's an unexpected delay that's been encountered.
