Now, can somebody ask this question.......will the upcoming DX11 for Prepard3D be a free upgrade on all Orbx scenery you already have or will you have to buy brand new scenery all over again if you want them in DX11?I think it's an important question to ask.

i cant see dx11 breaking that much in orbx scenery ( maybe some effect files ) as i doubt LM will change the way textures are handled as that would break all addons even the ones made for P3D pre v2.

No, you are not mistaking, I will not purchase more from Orbx, I hold no grudges.I use the scenery I have (a lot) so if I make a transition to Prepar3D I may need to know if the snenery I have will work in DX11 with a patch, will it be a free patch or a paying one or will one have to buy brand new scenery to use DX11 in Prepard3D?

So what if he did???Isn't it Alain's business if he changes his mind about his 'fiscal support' for OrbX products? He's only complying with human nature, as is JV. It's JV's prerogative if he also has a change of heart, and I'm personally glad that he has, as this has popped me back into the position where I now will probably buy P3D this week, and maybe pick up one or two of the sale items, too.
