Outerra keeps getting more and more comprehensive. What is stopping a version of it becoming the basis of a new advanced flight simulation?

Looks so real!

Ok, so I'm a bit confused as to Outerra...Is it just landscapes that don't represent any specific area, or is it actual scenery from a specific area?

My impression is that the flightsim niche is an extremely conservative one, and not willing to launch wholeheartedly into a new technology until its pretty much well on its way on its own.

I red-heart.pngOuterra!

I also hope it will become the completely new engine of flight simulation in a few years.

Looks very promising indeed!!

I hope so too. I was watching the video of the AH-64 and was really amazed at how it looked. I can only imagine once they get into doing the weather generation it will probably look awesome.
