May 31, 201214 yr Wow. A step forward. At 60k you could until now get only a mounted plate to put your stuff on, now you get the whole thing. Quite nice. Adapt this for one sided 737 cockpit and you probably have a huge winner. The price is high though.
May 31, 201214 yr Author The price certainly is high..Firebox were selling a table that insulted you (Modern Toss) for £40k, so I think you could probably find it cheaper elsewhere. A brief search through some SH plane pubs and I can find a real SEP (piston) for way less than that, even with the c. £5k to complete the PPL! May 31, 201214 yr Yes, that is what I was thinking about. For 60k you can do a lot of PPL and real world flying. Even buy your own piston and maintain it for quite a while.
May 31, 201214 yr Wow...there is no end to how I can spend my million $$$. ....that I dream about every time someone wins a huge lotto. Imagine being able to play at this level. Mind you if I could afford this I would likely own my own plane and do it for real....in fact, I would likely have my own pilot on call to fly me where ever I would like, when I want at any time I want. May 31, 201214 yr Moderator Imagine being able to play at this level. You mean imagine being able to sim at this level. We sim guys dont "play" FSX, we simulate flying, lol. Just kidding, its a pet peev of mine when I see simmimg refered to as "playing" FSX or FS9. When I see it referred to as playing the first image that comes to mind is some brain dead teen sitting on a couch with his fingers going crazy on a console contoller while he's hopped up on Red Bull or Monster energy drinks and constantly yelling "dude".
