Thanks, but I can't even remember what I had for dinner last night, let alone the name of any aerocache I might've missed!

 

I check the daily aerocache, and it has a checkmark if it's one I've already found. I'll just have to wait until an un-checked one finally appears.

I only have 101 yet every one that has come up in the last two weeks is marked as collected. How is that possible?

Are the missed ones still around? Cant find any of them.

I assume they're re-releasing them as dailies.

The weird thing about the ones I've found when they come up as an AOD, is it shows I found it on 3/7/2012. I guess the mess up in the date found has something to do with the glitch earlier.

They can't be. I would have found one in the last two weeks. I am sure it's the daily and nothing else.

I think they are still around. I found a couple just a few days ago that I had missed early on. They weren't the daily either. Microsoft originally said the caches would appear in the game and disappear if you found them. I think that's still the case.

The answer is, MS stopped the (Apr17 - KUALAPUU DIAMOND (Located at a baseball diamond near Kualapuu Reservoir on a heading of 65 degrees away from the reservoir) from registering so that the Steam users were now level with everyone else. They had been one aero less at the time of the re-runs. (Apr 18th)

 

Also........the fillowing should read,

Apr18 - IAO VALLEY (bugged aero) replaced with YOKOHAMA BEACH (Beach on the eastern coast of Oahu)

Apr19 - LAWAI STREAM

I finally figured out, why I have collected 147 aeros while most people have only collected 146 !!

 

It's because of the 2 new aeros on April 18th. IAO VALLEY & YOKOHAMA BEACH. MS changed to the latter after a few hours because the info was not right so you could not use the aero hunt to aquire it. BUT, you could aquire it in free flight. Myself and a few others managed to get both aeros.........................so 147.

 

This is my final list of the 94 AOTD's since the 29th of February. Hope it clears up some confusion. (94+53 = 152)

The 5 missing aeros from the 152 are, Curvature of the earth and 2 bugged aeros (see my list) + 2 beta aeros that were not re-run. (Old Hilo Cruise Terminal & some buildings at Bradshaw)

I have an aerocache of the day that I got on February 28, the day I downloaded Flight, with a different time stamp than the others. The file name for the pic is f998e577-dcfe-4169-93bf-eb4525d8afd7_preview.jpg but I'm not sure which aerocache it is. For a while I had one more AotD than you did. I currently have 147.

Hi Larry ! That aero was indeed available on the 28th (because MS released the game a bit earlier than advertised) but it is the 29th Feb aero...........

Started relatively recently and after the last month or so a free one alternates with a paid one each day. For the last month there's only been one a week. Are daily aerocaches on a rotation or are they coming to a stop?

Still lots to go. Unfortunately I have had most of them for a very long time. I had submitted around 20 to microsoft myself when it was still permitted. I stand at 343 and still check every day for the missing ones. I have some on the permanent list.

Thanks, will continue to dip in each day. Shame you can't get the dlc free now it's closing soon. Just got ( cone island, between islands & sunset hut) ones available to me, none of which seem to be working.
