September 12, 201213 yr After a brief research I've found that the following airlines operate both the 738 and the 773 in their fleet: All Nippon, Japan Airlines, Korean Air, Turkish Airlines, Air India, Air China, Egyptair, KLM, Virgin Australia, Air Austral (not sure..), Jet Airways, Biman Bangladesh Airlines. Seems like only Turkish and KLM operate both in Europe and noone does in the USA. Is this list correct or are there maybe others operating both? Cheers, Balint Nagy
September 12, 201213 yr Hi Balint, In the banana country Austria, Tyrolean has 738 and 772ERs too, however they are painted and operated by Austrian Airlines. Jonathan EDIT: Sorry, I missread that you meant 777-300. John Rubens
September 12, 201213 yr Once American gets a hold of it's 773 they will have the 738 and the 773. Jonathan Hanna

September 12, 201213 yr Turkish Airlines has a great fleet. Unfortunately, they don't use the 777-200, they use the 777-300ER so I'll have to wait for PMDG to create that before I can fly with my all-favourite carrier :( Three greens! Aykut Onur Öztürk

September 12, 201213 yr Hi Balint, In the banana country Austria, Tyrolean has 738 and 772ERs too, however they are painted and operated by Austrian Airlines. Dont you mean Lauda?
September 12, 201213 yr I am pretty sure it is Tyrolean which has all the Austrian Airlines aircraft. I haven't found another source than wikipedia yet, so I am not sure, you may be right. John Rubens
September 13, 201213 yr I am pretty sure it is Tyrolean which has all the Austrian Airlines aircraft. You're right, this summer Tyrolean (an AUA subsidiary) took over ops, but the AC still remain in AUA livery and call-sign. I think there was around 100 or so pilots who left the group IIRC. The whole group is a subsidiary of Lufthansa. Dont you mean Lauda? Lauda Air is another subsidiary of AUA. Lauda only operates one aircraft, a 738 on charter flights. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dana Palmer KJAC
September 13, 201213 yr Does Lauda still exist as AOC holder though, or just as a marketing name for OS? I know that all planes from OS were transfered to VO bar single 777. --Peter Fabian
