Into the Cascades with the RealAir Duke

Featured Replies

Out of Yakima into the Cascade mountain range in Washington. Last four shots are at my cruising altitude of FL250. Scenery is courtesy Tileproxy. Enjoy!

Looks absolutely amazing!

What kind of system do you need to get good performance with tileproxy at that resolution?

WOW... nice shots Cactus521... I live in Spokane and have covered that area a few times in real life and it looks like real... Hat's off to tile proxy! GEX looks good too but not quite like that :Peace:

Kudo's on #5 and #8 :clapping:

Sweet paint job as well...

Any average system with a 1GB+ video card should handle it. My system is a 3 year old intel quad core running at 2.33 GHZ, with eight GB ram and a low end Nvidia card with 1 GB ram. My O/S is Vista 64. Add to that a decent internet connection. Limiting Vis. to 30 miles helps, so Tileproxy doesn't have to display textures for a hundred plus miles.

Unbelievably great shots!! Truly gorgeous scenery!

Thats what the real world looks like....love that!
