September 30, 201213 yr Looks absolutely amazing! What kind of system do you need to get good performance with tileproxy at that resolution? Any average system with a 1GB+ video card should handle it. My system is a 3 year old intel quad core running at 2.33 GHZ, with eight GB ram and a low end Nvidia card with 1 GB ram. My O/S is Vista 64. Add to that a decent internet connection. Limiting Vis. to 30 miles helps, so Tileproxy doesn't have to display textures for a hundred plus miles.
