October 11, 201213 yr Just wanted to say thanks for Flight1. I've ordered many products thru them and have always been satisfied. I ordered another today and although visually the product was excellent, for whatever reason fps dropped by half in the VC. Out of respect for the developer, who gets a lot of praise for their work, I won't say the product. My system just didn't have enough oomph to have the performance I am used to with other aircraft. So I decided for the first time ever to opt for a refund. Flight1 was so gracious they processed the refund right away. That's why they are so respected in our community--they have a generous refund policy that keeps customers coming back. I won't be afraid to try other Flight1 products or products sold through their wrapper. They have a great business model, and hats off to them for the respect and courtesy they show their customers. Regards, John
October 12, 201213 yr Commercial Member Yeah Flight 1 is awesome. I think I might have the product you are talking about, indeed even after I got my i7-2600k overlocked to 4.4ghz still FPS is pretty bad in VC, but I am hopeful that it will be fixed soon enough.
October 13, 201213 yr I like Flight1. I just get annoyed when a key expires (too many installs) when trying to re-install and you have to get a new key. FSX is pain enough when you have to re-install so having to get new keys is making a bad thing worse. Other then that all good. Cheers Matthew Kane I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me

It takes only a few seconds to have the activation count reset... :p0503: See: https://www.flight1....w.asp?page=kman Reactivating a key or order that has been deactivated Fr. October 13, 201213 yr Flight1's 30 day policy is a great business model. It's made me buy more stuff because I'm not hesitant of"losing my money". I've only ever returned two or three products, but bought a LOT from them. They make great in-house products too.

As JV over at ORBX has said, these keys do nothing but cause grief for the legitimate customers as the pirates hack through them anyways, making the need for them useless. October 14, 201213 yr Two thumbs up... F1 rocks... I spend a bundle there and the reason is the products, the ease of use of the wrapper and the after sale customer support... EXCEPTIONAL Thanks Flight1 Jeff NorthLink VA - Commerce & Community in Northern North America!

October 14, 201213 yr Except you never see the F1 key system getting hacked! It's been hacked....As for reinstalling FSX and all the addon's from legitimate customers: OMG, what a tedious process. http://forum.avsim.net/topic/388097-okay-now-im-scared/#entry2493855 Need I say more.... Reactivating an expired key usually takes no more than one or two minutes... Completely aside from which, for those folks who don't want to fiddle with the key files, F1 has an alternate "keyless" system that -once setup- is completely transparent to the user. What are Flight1 Accounts and and how do they work? Article ID: 3 Revised: 8/29/2008 Summary: Flight1 uses an optional account system for purchases. This article describes what Flight1 accounts do, why you may want to create one, and why they are optional. Information: Opening an account with Flight1.com is very easy, and no purchase is required! An account can be used at the time of purchase however, and your order will be assigned to your account. Here are some benefits of a Flight1 account. For downloads: You can use the "keyless" reinstall system. Simply by entering your correct account login and password, you can reinstall your Flight1 product. No key file is required. All your orders will be listed under a single password. There is no need to remember different passwords. Fr. I had to reactivate a key once, and I was nervous since I had the product for quite some time and thought I wouldn't be in Flight1's system any longer. Sure enough, I was and the process of reactivating the key was quick and easy. John
October 14, 201213 yr I cannot remember a single instance when it took more than thirty seconds to use the F1 Unwrapper + Key for either a new install or a reinsta It was the UT2 key that was a pain in the @$$ and took a long time to get going. That one seems to need reactivating a lot. The GEX and UTX stuff not so much. Again this is going from memory as the one thing I really don't like is restoring my FSX machine. If the process is stressful for some and not for others so be it then.....Some of us just really don't like it. FSX never had a restore standard like other software out there now. Steam has a great one that backups and restores software as it is with all the addons and everything. FSX never got that far. Matthew Kane I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me
October 14, 201213 yr Flight1 is one of my personal favorites because of their return policy. They did a no questions asked refund for me a while ago.
