October 19, 201213 yr hello fallows, currently flying for thompson, easyjet virtual airlines with the 73-7 and 73-8, when the 777 is out i would like to keep my flights with VA, does anyone have any idea of a good* VA that operates the T7? thanks! Daniel choen
October 19, 201213 yr Hi, If you speak german (at least basic, but the website will be partly available in english soon..), i recommend the German airlines VA http://www.german-airlines.de/ We operate the 737-700WL/800WL, the 777-300ER, the MD11F, the 747-400 and 400F, as well as the 767 and some aircraft from airbus. If you do not speak german, i recommend the KLM VA http://www.klm-va.nl/, which flies the 777-200LR, the 739, th MD11 the 747 and some other aircraft like the F100. The website is fully english so that shouldn´t be a problem Alex regards, Alexander Marx
October 19, 201213 yr I'm a member over at www.air-source.us. It is a virtual pilot union by which you could be "called" upon to fly for different airlines based upon their "need." This gives people a chance to fly different a/c all over the world. I like flying the MD-11 and the 738 so I find that Air Source allows me to fly to areas that I would never normally see. For instance I went to Alamty last week in the MD-11 with Aerflot Cargo. I believe Air Source services about 900 airlines worldwide. An ACARS system is used which is a nice bonus. Tim
October 19, 201213 yr British Airways Virtual www.bavirtual.co.uk operates the 777 of course. Plenty of other types to fly as well. Even though BA don't operate the NG, the NGX can be used on 737-400 routes.
October 19, 201213 yr Gotta second Kevin and recommend British Airways Virtual. The community is great, the systems are modern and well kept (new streamlined ACARS pretty recently actually). That combined with a broad variety of aircraft (T7 included!) makes it an undeniably good choice. They don't operate the 200LR, but since they share a common type rating, the staff will allow substitution. Slots are limited! If you're looking for more American flight, Delta Virtual Airlines is great, they have a career path setup with check rides and whatnot. www.bavirtual.co.uk www.deltava.org Elijah HoytCFI, CFII, CMEL, CSEL, CSES, IFR

October 19, 201213 yr BAV and DVA both use dedicated ACARS systems designed and distributed internally. Both are great to work with and easy to learn. Elijah HoytCFI, CFII, CMEL, CSEL, CSES, IFR

October 22, 201213 yr hello fallows, currently flying for thompson, easyjet virtual airlines with the 73-7 and 73-8, when the 777 is out i would like to keep my flights with VA, does anyone have any idea of a good* VA that operates the T7? thanks! deltava.org - top of the line!
October 22, 201213 yr I recommend either BAV or FTG. FTG has a load of airlines while at BAV you will get a very immersive experience with all the documents needed to fly the airplane.
October 22, 201213 yr I fly for FlyUK and from what I've seen from Virtual Airlines, this is very realistic. I cannot express how professional our staff team are and I'm thrilled to be part of it. We have our own tracking software so manual "pireps" are not required. Our fleet is realistic and we even have our own low cost airline called Fly2. I'd recommend this VA any but there is only one problem! We only currently operate the B777 in our code-share fleet but I have a feeling that could change within a few months. With the high demand of the B777 from our members to be incorporated into the mainstream flights, it could be making it's way in soon enough. http://www.flyuk.aer...x.php?page=home
October 22, 201213 yr check out Atlantic Sun Airways. They have the best staff and most active forums BAR NONE! I've been flying w/ them since '05 and have nothing but praise for the site and the staff.
October 22, 201213 yr I went for Pilot Central, if you want to fly a real world route you can, if you want to fly a GA you can, if you want to make up your own route you can, I stoped being limited to what I can do in my flightsim world long ago,its nice to have freedom and still have an acars system and a community to belong to.
October 22, 201213 yr I just applied for BAV - shame there's no good Emirates since I'll be flying the 777 50% of the time with them! - Luke Pabari
