March 8, 201313 yr Commercial Member Hi guys This version adds supports the QW146 All existing users must run the application wizard once. This is to make sure the BAE146 scripts are copied to the relevant location. Start->All Programs->Multi Crew Experience->Tools->Run app wizard. Get it from: http://www.multicrewxp.com/Downloads.html Clive Joy
March 9, 201313 yr Mmm, QW146, nice. Thanks for info. Downloading this update now. Cheers Kind Regards Simon.

March 9, 201313 yr Am hoping too Rudi! A voice first officer for another analogue aircraft would be fantastic! (Already got MCE working with the Simcheck A300). Will Reynolds Flight Sim Addict
March 10, 201313 yr Commercial Member Still planning to include the Coolsky DC-9 in the next version (I hope!)? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD Affirmative. It will be the next supported aircraft. Already have it working with FO able to control about 90% of the switches in VC. Just need to get the scripts ready, and more testing done. ETA end of this month or early April. You could right now ask support to send you the dll (and the manual) that makes interaction with the bird possible. You can then write procedure flow scripts as you see fit, with FO only switching the bits you want. Gerald R https://www.multicrewxp.com
March 11, 201313 yr Hi, Looks like a real nice program you've made! I have not yet got MCE, but it looks quite interesting. I am considering to build a specific airline procedure and flows. I am wondering about a specific procedure which is used in the MD80 and thats flaps up spd. In the airline I would like to base it from, the FO or PNF calls out flaps up spd and slats in spd during climb (the same will happen in approach, flaps15 spd = 160 fpr instance) Would this be able to model? The problem might be that flaps up spd is depending on TOTAL WEIGHT of the aircraft which is a parameter of FSX. Another thing, is if FO can start executing commands based on triggers like calling out takeoff would make him start timing or something similar. Thanks! Regards Matts Matts Falck
March 12, 201313 yr Hi Matts, Try the full demo version. In the full (demo) version there is a package called voxscripts. Here you can create your own flows. E.g. if you have created your "takeoff procedure" flow and say takeoff procedure, it will be performed. Don't know exactly what you mean by flaps up spd, but for your example, if you reach 160 knots and say flaps 15 in most aircraft it can be done And the support is excellent!!!! John John Cramer

Regards Matts Thanks Matts Just one precision... Getting the FO to perform what you want (or almost) can only be achieved with officially supported aircraft, like... PMDG 737 NGX PMDg 747 PMDG MD11 iFly 737 Level-D 767 Aerosoft Airbus X Simcheck A300B4 Quality Wings 757 Quality Wings 146 Captain Sim 767 Captain Sim 757 Feelthere ERJ 135 & 145 ... and a few others. Support for CoolSky DC-9 is due out soon No MD80 is supported yet. We have plans to interface the CoolSky MD80 though Right now, any MD80 you might have will be supported via the generic interface. You can expect FO to handle the gear, flaps, spoilers, brakes and tune the radios (COM, NAV, transponder), but don't expect much to happen with the MCP or the overhead panel until the aircraft is fully supported. March 14, 201313 yr I am trying MCE with Prepar3d 1.4 but Prepar3d will no longer launch will MCE installed, if I remove MCE all is OK again. Are you running P3D in legacy mode by any chance? Will Reynolds Flight Sim Addict
March 14, 201313 yr Commercial Member I am trying MCE with Prepar3d 1.4 but Prepar3d will no longer launch will MCE installed, if I remove MCE all is OK again. Sorry to hear that. What MCE version have you installed? What's the name of the P3D executable? Is it "Prepar3D.exe"(as expected) or something else? Make sure Windows UAC is disabled. You could also try this... Go to P3D installation folder and open "fsInsider.ini" Add the following line to the [OPTIONS] section. NoFunc1=1 Save the file and try again. Eventually contact support, and we'll get you sorted. April 26, 201313 yr Commercial Member Is there any point of updating if you don't fly the QW 146? A new package has been uploaded to the website today. It adds support for the outstanding CoolSky DC-9 There are massive improvements to the PMDG J41 interfacing as well as some minor additions to Aerosoft Airbus X. Latest version is 2.5.3.5 http://www.multicrewxp.com/Downloads.html Note to all existing MCE users... Make sure you run the application wizard following installation of the new package. The wizard will copy the pre-made scripts for the DC9 to the relevant folder. Gerald R https://www.multicrewxp.com
