Little Red Tractor - early Easter Egg.

Featured Replies

This was another nice find.  Has anyone else found this tractor elsewhere in Flight, or is this unique?  If so, it was probably placed there as a future mission or cache, similar to the tents on Denali, and other unique objects. How many more of these Easter Eggs are out there just waiting to be discovered!

I don`t think it`s all handmade where they put objects.

I found 2 or 3 tents in the middle of nowhere in tundra above arctic circle. Don`t remember exactly, one was near Barrow.

If i remember correct i saw this tractor and cultivator somewhere in Hawaii.

For the Denali Base Camp, yes handmade, but i think for example tractors are always placed randomly near a farm.

There is a old blue pickup truck with one red door that I have found in several different places around the islands.

Interesting, sounds like I will need to pay more attention to my surroundings while flying!

Tundra Tents ?  sounds like a great Aerocache.  I've spent some time buzzing the tundra around Barrow, but nada so far.  Any clues?

Yeah....think I will have to do some hunting.

I Have a screen shot of a combine. :excl:

I know I've seen the cultivator in Hawaii and there was a post with pics of it. I believe the tractor is there too.  Certainly gives us something to go back and look for doesn't it?

Thank you.

My computer was down with a registry problem for 3 days, so I missed getting the Little Red Tractor Aerocach.  After I got it back up, I went searching for it and came across this Combine in the search,

Some of you guys have great eyes for picking these things out.

More suprises from Terrace BC!

Sure, but what is it in the Winter?

Best regards.

Good question Louis. As it was I shut down Flight an left my plane at that location, so all I had to do was go back in and change the season and take a ss. The first ss was in Spring, this ss is Summer,

This is Fall,

And this is Winter. Lol!

Notice how the building on the right changes with the season, as Luis pointed out a few days ago. And it seems like the building just to the left of the tall tree changes also. Autogen structures drawing differently due to weather or maybe they used a different model set/code for winter vs. the other seasons? A lingering question that adds to Flight's mystery...

Yeah I am surprised at how the tree shapes and building types change.  Of course, I am still trying to wrap my head around some of the cities in Canada being so detailed when there is not even an airport.  Realize that some is adapted from FSX but mysteries like this boggle the mind.

I am going to start doing this when I locate neat items:  stop, park and change the season.  Could be an amusing thread on day,.

Oh, I have been in Denver for a few days so I missed the daily caches.  Where is the tractor?

It is right here.
