Shots look great but what's up with the 777's wings? There's absolutely no flex in those wings (and I thought PSS's 777 was bad).

It's default xplane10 scenery, that's how all the city roads look.

Beautiful screenshots!  Wow!  If I was in one of these cars, I would have to stop and get out of the car to really soak up the experience.

Phenomenal! The Cathay Pacific livery is one of my favorites. The road and scenery details are especially impressive.

The only think I don't like about XP10 is that most of the buildings are pastel looking.  I'm sure that with payware developers like TrueScenery, that will change quickly.

I agree, fsx roads, cars, buildings and some ground textures look horrible compared to xp10.  The pics from captain420 are stunning and awesome and the pics were taken with default scenery.

I don't think the photos I posted look cartoonish at all. I have both FSX and X-Plane 10 installed on my machine, and use both. Both has their pro's and con's but lately I am leaning more and more towards X-Plane. The only addons I am using in my screenshots are the aircraft and airports. 

 

There's a good number of freeware scenery available for X-Plane that you would think was payware. They're really well made. If X-Plane can already look this good, think of how it will look when more 3rd party developers hop on board and start making addons for it. For me, the future is definitely with X-Plane. I'll be coming back every now n then to play FSX just for kicks, but the constant OOM/CTD and messing with config file has turned me off.
