May 6, 201313 yr I've started getting throttle spikes since upgrading to the latest version of FSUIPC on my CH throttle quad. Sitting on the ground with the throttles at idle, suddenly one of them goes full throttle. Filter is on. Anybody else seeing that? May 6, 201313 yr I did too, and I'm now just recalibrating my AC as I fly them. Be sure to check that controllers aren't enabled in FSX again Hans Soule
May 6, 201313 yr Author They're disabled. I've recalibrated several times...doesn't seem to help. Gregg Seipp "A good landing is when you can walk away from the airplane. A great landing is when you can reuse it." i9 64GB RAM, GTX-5090
May 6, 201313 yr Commercial Member Ah... my plan of holding off on the update is working. Wanted to see how it will effect others first. May 6, 201313 yr Author If they pull the plug on the app signature it'll fail next time you start fsx...that's what I've heard. Gregg Seipp "A good landing is when you can walk away from the airplane. A great landing is when you can reuse it." i9 64GB RAM, GTX-5090
May 6, 201313 yr Ah... my plan of holding off on the update is working. Wanted to see how it will effect others first. Its not an upgrade to solve any performance issue. It prevents it from stop working all together, which holding out wouldn't be wise.. BTW, I havnt seen any changes in spikes or anything else. I had it quit working all together yesterday on approach. Not good.

May 6, 201313 yr Yeah I don't know what happen but several of my a/c throttles are not responding correctly, as well.
May 6, 201313 yr It seemed OK for me, I downloaded from here: http://forum.simflight.com/topic/66139-updated-modules/ Also, might need to run the installer as Administrator if you're using Win7 Barry Friedman
May 6, 201313 yr Author I have UAC turned off...and it's set to run as Admin...heh. Gregg Seipp "A good landing is when you can walk away from the airplane. A great landing is when you can reuse it." i9 64GB RAM, GTX-5090
May 6, 201313 yr Gregg, did you DL from the Dropbox link or the regular site? I tried the Dropbox route and seemed to have some corrupted files when I tried to unzip, so I went back to the regular link. All has been well following my installation from that source. Scott
May 6, 201313 yr Author Um...I got it from where I got it before. It installed right but just these weird spikes. I'm sitting by my desk hearing the mustang say 'Takeoff Power'...long pause...'Takeoff Power." It's kind of funny. Where's the 'regular site'? Gregg Seipp "A good landing is when you can walk away from the airplane. A great landing is when you can reuse it." i9 64GB RAM, GTX-5090
May 6, 201313 yr If you got it from where you usually do then it was the "regular site". In the email that went out, simmarket also provided links to a special Dropbox source and that's what didn't work for me. Scott
May 6, 201313 yr Author I got it from here.... http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html I should add, the Mustang's throttles have always seemed a little flaky...but never did that before. Maybe I'm noticing because this plane is talking to me. Gregg Seipp "A good landing is when you can walk away from the airplane. A great landing is when you can reuse it." i9 64GB RAM, GTX-5090
