As requested by some users, I have recorded a new set of sound files to replace the (somewhat robotic) voices of the Pushback Crew within FSDT's Ground Services X (GSX).

 

The sound files were recorded professionally, but have 'intercom' distortion effects added to emulate the sound of the Ground to Flight Deck Intercom in a real airliner.

 

Installation is as easy as dragging the extracted "fsdreamteam" folder to your main FSX directory.  (Back up your original files first).

 

NOTE:  This add-on is for GSX users only.

 

The addon has been uploaded to the AVSIM File Library, your one stop shop for great addons and mods for FS, but while we await approval, if you are really impatient, you can grab the pack here :-

I love creating things to do with sound and audio, and have invested in decent equipment..... and I love the FS hobby, so combining the two is fun for me.   :cool:

 

And if you create something that others may enjoy, it's just common sense to share it I guess.

I've not touched  boarding songs, (does GSX have a boarding song?) this is the Pushback Guy, and he's far too busy to be listening to songs

Thanks but I can't take the credit for any re-coding.  The pack just replaces the 'robotized' voice crew with "Glen" a real human pushback handler. :smile:
