When the 777 comes out, where will you fly her?

Try doing OMDB>YPPH>OMDB turnaround  :P

A friend of mine whose crew was walking off the airbridge after arriving in Perth to find out his wife's labor started. Emirates got him straight on the return leg! Fortunately he got to sleep on the return - 22 hours out of 24 hours spent on a 777 ha.

You normally get some very interesting weather crossing the equator on that route. They had CB's to FL500 on the inbound!

Why wouldn't they be? You could fly a Polar Route in the NGX too, if you wanted...

Try doing OMDB>YPPH>OMDB turnaround :P

You think doing an 11:20 turnaround will be hard, try ~14hrs each way:

OTBD>YMML>OTBD

Just a tad longer than ACA33/34, which would also be a killer turnaround to do!

I'd die LOL. I could see myself possibly doing something like a Heathrow > New York turnaround if I got up pretty early and had nothing else to do all day/evening.

PFPX would be beautiful to have alongside from the start...

Wasnt sure if there was a physical limitation to fsx that made it possible.

Valid question, especially since FS9 didn't truly let you fly over the pole.  I took your question to mean "would the 777 support polar routes," which made no sense to me.  I see what you were getting at now.

Looks like going to have to try with c130 and aerosoft antarctica =) until the t7 gets released

After giving it a thought, I've changed my mind and I will take her for a visual landing at KFSO, 28L.

Make sure you take her off of Autothrottle, and watch the PAPI lights.

Just curious, on where you all are going to fly the 777 when it comes out. ........
