July 5, 201312 yr When I buy the PMDG 777, I will fly her on my computer at home. Robert Yunque PilotEdge Ratings = CAT-11 (2016-09-13) I-11 (2016-10-23) V-3 (2016-08-01)
July 5, 201312 yr More interested on where you'll initially start her up at. I can't see many just loading her up like it's another flight in the NGX. I'll be at KPAE or Manston (EGMH). Explore her in depth with Ezdok both inside and out. Play around with things like the ECL, do the engine start ups etc - get all my settings in order - create a start up panel state for all my flights. Then fuel her for some circuits, go arounds, one engined approaches, engine failure after V1, Hydrualic failures in flight whilst testing the RAT's performance, stall it at higher altitudes - testing the Non-Normal side of the ECL. Various things of the same nature I'm eager to explore! Then finally come in for a normal landing. After doing all of that which will last a good 2/3 hours - I'll load her up in the Emirates livery for a short flight over to Riyhad or somewhere. Maybe turnaround if there's time and the Sun's not rising outside my window LOL. The next day will be my first long haul, which I plan on being OMDB>EGLL. After which probably OMDB>YSSY then day after YSSY>NZAA>YSSY on a turnaround - after that, back to the sandpit. Furthermore probably do a FedEx Freight trip. - Luke Pabari

July 5, 201312 yr More interested on where you'll initially start her up at. I can't see many just loading her up like it's another flight in the NGX. I'm going to be starting her up for many 60 minutes! That's one thing about the T7, start-up is just "awe inspiring"! I will do a few circuits around KPAE, starting with a nice slow taxi out to the active advancing those beauties to full and pulling a nice steep climb with a light load out of KPAE. I will do 4/5 T&G's just to get to grips with the shear size of the beauty. Next...I will come in for a full stop on the runway testing those brakes and "hopefully" turning those pads red with that nice feature PMDG added. I will then create a nice short flight to CYVR where I will deliver C-FNNH to Air Canada. Preparing her for the next few years of intense long hauls far and wide. Might even do a round the world trip sometime. I am just as excited as you are..although it seems your excitement levels have broken through the ceiling and are already on Jupiter!?!
July 5, 201312 yr I'll start doing revenue flights right off the bat, I hate test flights and abnormalities so I won't mess with anything that isn't used on a normal flight. Alex Jevdic KORD/KHOT/KPWKA<380 love at first flight
July 5, 201312 yr EHAM - YSSY seriously Maybe you should try EDDM-NZAA. Did it a few years back with the 747. Set fuel to unlimited as there's no way your gonna fly on those tanks for 20+ hours. Took me 22 hours in total. ^_^
