What If Someone Bought it for 165M?

Featured Replies

This obviously has a 0.001% chance of happening, but what if someone paid $165M for the 777 Base Pack a few months ago?

I would hope someone from PMDG would answer this odd question...

I did but nothing special happened lol. Amex called me and said I did not have enough credit so I cancelled the transaction. Shame cause I was hoping for points lol.

I assume if someone managed to get the payment through they would just get a copy of the 777. Thats the product that is advertised and thats the price. Nothing special. Just ridiculous

You're probably quite lucky it didn't go through as an unplanned overdraft and you started getting charged interest

The team did respond to a post some time ago.

Ryan (i think) said he would deliver it in person to the lucky guy in question.

You might want to snuggle up to him/her and claim to be the lost love child.

Sounds like a good idea to me if it gives me the PMDG 777 quicker

I think Tabs mentioned that he would personally come to your house and set it up to your liking and go over everything in detail 1 on 1 with you. I would have to do some searching on that. But I am pretty sure he did say that.

I suspect you would get a lot more than this if you actually gave us $165 million dollars. We'd probably let you pick the aircraft we make for the next 10 years or something haha.

If someone paid that for the 777, it would be a good idea to hire loads more developers and techies to create the next load of aircraft PMDG are going to do. Haha
