September 4, 201312 yr Library Administrator Meh, its only money. You cant take it with you. I was not surprised at the cost. When you added the 2 NGX packages together, it wasnt that far off of this. Brian A. Neuman Proud simmer since 1982 using the following simulators: Sublogic Flight Simulator 1 and 2. September 4, 201312 yr Who in their right mind would have thought any less...I glad it is just $90.00 - after all the time and effort...and it is PMDG, the best! Jeff
September 4, 201312 yr You could always do the YMML-YSSY-KLAX flight United does. I'm flying out of Sydney in the 744 to complete the last flight run by the 744 then switching the 777 like it will be in real life soon. I have lost count of the RL times I have done that flight in the last 30 years or so; on the 744 that is. I have never done that on a T7. They are seriously bringing in the T7 for United on that leg? Everyone wants ultimate realism, but some are not prepared to pay for it. The price should have been $150. Don't give Randazzo any ideas. The next thing you know, he'll be shoving a Mooney 210 at us and asking that for it. EDIT: When I learned to fly, it was the 210 (The Mooney Cadet as it was called then) that I spent 40+ hours in. If my memory serves me, the rental fee was $25 an hour, wet. I seem to recall that it had something like five gauges. Heady stuff in 1972. No FMC to confuse me.
September 4, 201312 yr Happily just handed over to the great guys at PMDG who devote hours and hours to create a simulation we are incredibly lucky to have for that price. Thanks again for the hard work! 6 minutes to go on download!! Blake Williams

They certainly are changing to the 777 for KLAX - YSSY - YMML - YSSY - KLAX Incidently Delta already do B777-200LR ! on KLAX - YSSY and back. DAL17 Here's a link to the United airlines 777 news. Apparently won't be till April 2014 from what I see there. http://www.smh.com.au/travel/travel-news/united-to-replace-ageing-jumbo-jets-with-777s-for-australia-flights-20130819-2s5yi.html Trent Hopkinson, 2015 Crewmember of www.mangrove.com.au WorldFlight sim Youtube channel www.youtube.com/user/musicalaviator

Or was that Dubai... I forget.
September 4, 201312 yr Just completed 2 flights, WOW! CYYC to CYVR and CYVR to CYYC, tomorrow CYVR to YSSY. It is a work of art and well worth the money and the wait. If you think it's too expensive, don't buy it, and don't whine about the price. You get what you pay for, at least with PMDG. I would love to have a Lamborghini but........
September 4, 201312 yr Incidently Delta already do B777-200LR ! on KLAX - YSSY and back. DAL17 Delta certainly does keep their LR's constantly on the move. I just typed N702DN into Flightaware, which the Delta LR livery modeled in the new PMDG T7. Just in the last 7 days, it has made two round trips between Sydney and Los Angeles, two round trips between Atlanta and Johannesburg, with a couple of "short" repositioning flights between LAX and ATL in between. Right at this very moment, ( (02:00 EST on 4 Sept) its about 2/3 of the way across the Atlantic, heading back to KATL from FAOR. After a few hours downtime for cleaning and servicing, I believe it will be heading over to Dubai later this evening... September 4, 201312 yr I remember the days when SNES and SEGA GENESIS games were £50 a pop. I could complete some of them in 3 hours. No achievements, no online play, no replay value whatsover, no DLC etc etc Look at how advanced games are nowadays for less than that. £60 or so is a bargain for the amount of hours you can get out of the aircraft which is basically unlimited.
