I was going to outline where everything was, and then remembered that the Intro Manual tells you all the ways to find the rest of the manuals. Kyle Rodgers
November 28, 201312 yr Is there a way we can incorporate this into some form of "User Agreement" that appears when someone selects "Start New Topic" and each person must check the box that they read it before being able to post? If someone checks the box and then posts a question that is contained in the manuals than they deserve what they're about to get... That or Kyle just gets alerted immediately. B)

That or Kyle just gets alerted immediately. I'd love to have that latitude, though I do understand the sentiment of the golden rule. Still, I appreciate all efforts to encourage people to be more self-reliant. Kyle Rodgers
November 29, 201312 yr the only problem using this method is that for the t7 its only gives the introduction and the tut flight1 I I think Msteinmn was after the t7 manuals Right click one of the two PMDG 777 manual shortcuts, select "properties" then "find target". Windows then opens the folder where all the manuals are. Or you can find them using the PMDG Operatons Center.
November 30, 201312 yr Or you can find them using the PMDG Operatons Center. December 3, 201312 yr FCOM is an excellent place to go. It can be a little daunting the first time going through it - but once you learn to use it, it's fantastic and really easy to get information. Almost like the FAR/AIM book for US pilots. I hated it at first - learnt to use it and became extremely useful. Especially the AIM part. I guess it depends how much people want to put effort into things... - Luke Pabari

December 3, 201312 yr If you think you're clever, read the intro manual. I'll say that again, in a different way: If you think you're the first person to spot a "bug," read the intro manual. I'll say it a third time, in another different way: If you're having a problem, read the intro manual. ...why? That's what the forum is for, you say? Because all of the Beta testers threw together some thoughts as to what we knew would trip you up. This was then compiled into some tips, tricks and hints in the intro manual for your convenience. A lot of effort went into that intro manual, so please, please, please...PLEASE...prove me wrong...for once...and read at least that section. We even bookmarked that PDF for you... Save yourself the embarrassment and frustration with waiting for a response here on the forum (because you know everyone else won't be reading it and will be hogging the bandwidth of those in the know). ...we all know how your thread is going to be met if I'm the first person to get to it. Don't do that yourself. This has been a PSA by Kyle Rodgers - thank you for your time! LoL, I had a good laugh after reading this and when I noticed the care bears signature again  This is likely a stupid question (I am new) - where do I find the manual? Depending on the aircraft, it's in a slightly different directory, but a little self-explanatory when you finally get there. Option 1 is the Start Menu: START > All Programs > PMDG Simulations > [Aircraft] Option 2 is the folders: [FSX Folder] > PMDG > [Aircraft] > Documentation (or similar name) Ummm... I actually saw it in the flight deck behind the F/O seat in the cabinet.
