I was thinking of making the logo text a bit bigger when I was comparing it to the 767, but my goodness this is a 777...she is HUGE!   The scaling will be wrong if I make her the same ratio as it is on the 767.  What do you guys think?  Does it need to be bigger or good as is is?

Yeah...size is usually a big deal, but when I was looking at the logo on their A330s...which is much closer to a 777, it is smaller too...so I just may leave her as is.

I've painted a few planes in my day.  I worked directly with the Kittyhawk modeler (Eric) and basically was the painter for him when we worked together at FFG, SGA and Kittyhawk.  I learned from Mike Bauman, who at the time was the main painter for the group, but after bugging him about a paint I wanted for their new MD80, he basically challenged me to paint it myself.  The rest is history.  :LMAO:

 

I lost a lot of paints here when Avsim was hacked.  I still have most of them and they are scattered around the net at various other flightsim sites, but here is a link to a pic that shows some of the planes I've painted...sorry the text is small...but as you can see...there are a LOT of folders, hehe.

Unfortunately, no plans for P3D from my part. I've too many addons in FSX and I guess a bunch of them wouldn't work on P3D. More important: I'm almost an exclusive PMDG flyer and, as we know, PMDG still isn't in P3D – and, when it does, I would have to buy another license, maybe paying more than what I paid for the FSX version of its planes.

 

But I certainly miss those shadows casted by the clouds... :-(
