I just love the PMDG T7. Everytime i wanna fly this awesome Bird, i´m loading the cold and dark Panel state. After that i can see that some Systems like Trim air and window heaters etc. are still on. How is it in real life? Is this realistic or a Panel bug? I thought that cold and dark means that all Systems are off?!

No.  "Cold and dark" means "how you'd expect to find the aircraft fully powered down."

You can turn off all systems, and save the panel state

Aside from your question, the PMDG-supplied Cold and Dark state is known to be buggy and is expected to be fixed in the near future.  So whatever state you save, it would be better not to start with the PMDG Cold and Dark state.

Many of those switches are never turned off, unless for troubleshooting or ground maintenance. Why sims think these should ever be toggled off is a total misnomer. What's more, many systems on this particular aircraft are automated and they are turned on /off in order and/or tested by the 'puters

In my panel state I have window heat off. Simply because one day I'm in 40 degree weather and other in low teens and soon minuses across Europe. Depends on company really! Flight crew on the 777 wouldn't get to see a full cold and dark state often if ever.

Yep.  I asked a pilot about something that he would only see if he powered it up himself, and he said the exact same thing:

"Never seen it, honestly.  These things are always powered on the ground, or flying."
