Yep. It's been pretty quiet for a couple of days.  I've been covered up lately and haven't had a chance to fly. I visit here several times a day to check on things, however. I guess everyone else is busy too at this time.

Thank you.

Yea, it has been very quiet. I was also wondering where everyone has gone. Must be that there is not all that much to post lately. I was in St. Louis the last few days and just got back. Saw the ARCH and the old capital building, of course they were closed. Thank you Congress! I did get to fly a (almost) full motion F-15 simulator at the St. Louis Science Center. I bagged 6 bogies, mostly upside down, cool. They said that the most anyone ever got is 26 and that was one of the simulator instructors after a lot of attempts. Also got to soak up some suds at the Budweiser plant tour, fascinating place. So, all and all a good time.

Sounds like a great trip Steve, and I'm jealous about that simulator!

I'm still trying to get a few Alaska trip pics sorted out so I can post them but with other more pressing matters at hand, they've just been pushed to a back burner.

Today was my oldest granddaughter's birthday so I went to lunch with her and my daughter in law. Great time.  Family is one thing I will always make time for.

Thank you.

We got something just like that here in Virginia. At the Udvar Hazy center there are 3 or 4 of those exact simulators. I took one, it was lots of fun. Got something like 4 MiGs launching rockets everywhere

Yay Steve, I've been to the Budweiser plant, can remember going in but not coming out lol. They sadly didn't have full motion simulators of any kind back in the day when I visited though. Maybe I shouldn't mention that was when you flew across the pond in a DC10 eek!

I am doing an experiment with FSX. Deleted everything and started with all Orbx scenery and nothing else that might slow the sim. Then I realized that in the interim, my available downloads at the flightsim store had been upgraded from the old REX (and a bajillion updates that had to be installed in a certain order or it all fell flat on its face, which was mildly annoying and time consuming as well) had been replaced for free by REX essentials plus, and I am playing around with that.

As always, I keep dreaming of how beautiful a Flight/FSX hybrid would be.........

We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically.

Glad you took care of the order of events. ^_^ Same as others, I envy you for the F-15 ride.

Devon, I think you might still need the SP2. Could be wrong though, check your version number against these if you like. Without Overdrive. With Overdrive. And good luck on the testing.
