It's a good price get both you won't regret it Same, but if I had to choose one it would be a hard decision, but I would go with KPHX only since I am a native of Az. That being said, I love KIAD as well since it has seasonal variations. In a way, you get a little more out of KIAD since it has snow in the winter and looks different during the 4 season, where as KPHX looks pretty much the same all year. Both perform about the same on my rig, so there isn't really any difference there. If you can afford to take advantage of the sale, which doesn't come along very often, I would recommend to get both, but only you can decide where you think you will fly more often and which will be the better option. You could always down load and install both since they have a 5 minute trial and take a look at each and keep which ever one you fall in love with more. I downloaded both and checked them out with the trial (You gotta look around quickly). You are correct, they are both great. I think I will probably go with KIAD for this purchase. I do like the real seasonal changes (noticeable) and I also like the fact the Air and Space Museum hangar complex is included. Ray When Pigs Fly . Ray Marshall .
November 28, 201312 yr Both are amazing but the nod goes to KIAD for me. It is newer and has some nice features not in KPHX. That being said, you can't go wrong with either one. Al Stiff

Thanks, Ray I don't have kphx, but I do have KIAD and enjoy it. I think the comments about seasonal variation are correct and that it does give the edge to KIAD.
