You can find them either using the "AVSIM Publications" tab on top of every forum site, or directly in the "Hot Spots" in the sidebar. He thought "I'm a genius, I will fraud bunch of people to collect money since I've lost my job." So, the "FSX Genius" synonym stands for a big fat fraud.
