Once you do that and capture our login credential, you will be able to log in no matter what the Guest systems status is. The Guest system is still on and the reason you are getting those.

April 13, 201412 yr I logged in when Tom turned the overflow off, but now it doesn't allow me in. Seems it didn't save my credentials, or it checks every time maybe?

April 13, 201412 yr I logged in when Tom turned the overflow off, but now it doesn't allow me in. Seems it didn't save my credentials, or it checks every time maybe? Same issue here. Because of the inconsistencies that are occurring between users I'm tempted to say it's due to Tapatalk version or OS. I'm running Tapatalk 4.4.12 on Android 4.2.2, what about you guys? April 13, 201412 yr I'm using 4.4.12 on my phone and 4.5 pro edition on my tab. Both work across 18 forums I visit on a regular basis without error and with 100% accessibility 100% of the time ..... apart from Asia which appears to be hit and miss with both versions on two different devices. April 13, 201412 yr Tapatalk HD 1.6.2 and Tapatalk Pro 2.5.3 ob IPAD. The funny thing Is that I receive the Tapatalk notifications about the updates in this thread :-). But I can't access the forum, although the status is still logged in (otherwise there would not be any notification, right?). On Android Tapatalk 4.5.1 the same behavior. On both platforms it has worked while the protection were turned off and I was able to log in and browse. Now I am logged in, receive notifications, but can't access the forum. This issue is only with the AVSim forum. April 13, 201412 yr LOL ........... just accessed AVSIM via Tapatalk on my phone and it works fine, however, can't access AVSIM on my Tab. 12 hours ago, everything worked perfectly !! Go figure. I did also notice that my desktop browsers (chrome and explorer) had dropped my login info as well, which seems to happen on a regular basis. I wonder if there is a connection there? Hopefully in time it will get sorted.
April 13, 201412 yr Author I did also notice that my desktop browsers (chrome and explorer) had dropped my login info as well, which seems to happen on a regular basis. I wonder if there is a connection there? Hopefully in time it will get sorted. Well, that is a clue to what may be happening. Okay, here's the story; we set a cookie on your device in which is a "log in key". That log in key had been set to 3 days. I have now set that to expire after 7 days. If you do not use your device within 7 days of your last log on, then the key becomes void and you must log in again. If the Guest limiter is on, you won't be able to do that. A different key is placed on each of your devices, so you must use them or loose the key. That explains why some people could get on and other not and certainly is the reason (it appears) that yours worked and then didn't. This also applies to desktops, laptops or X... If you do not visit AVSIM at least once every 7 days, you will be forced to sign in. ANZ, thanks for the tip. That helps us draw back a bit from going absolutely insane...
