What a beauty!  The Mu is on my 'must get' list for sure.  Can't wait to scare the hell out of myself in this bird and seeing how the MU-2 infamously bites unwary pilots. B)

I think, that if you fail to recover from a loss of engine........because you didn't practice the correct proceedures.........then the download should completely disolve. This will add a bit more scare factor. But just a little bit.

There's more to it than that but yes... failure to recover from the loss of an engine is one of those things that will kill you... but it can do that in any of several aircraft...

I believe the Mu requires special training, in addition to the standard turbine MEL training.  The Mu earned its bad reputation because new pilots get bitten by the Mu's unique design and performance.  Once pilots received the specialized training, many found it is a perfectly good airplane and could be safe if it's specific engine out procedures are followed.  Since I have not received specialized MU training, just my MEL training to go on, I look forward to having it teach me a few lessons.

BTW the only FS twin so far to really drive home the "oh sh#t!" scare of engine out handling after takeoff, is the Milviz 310R. which is a serious thing to be aware for any twin pilot.  So hats off to Milviz for that, and looking forward to the Mu thrill.

Hmmm....Bummer, No MU2 Yet. :-(

Look forward to it when it is released.

Thank You, for doing this wonderful but often misunderstood airplane.

Best,

David

I think they plan on releasing the KA 350i before the MU-2, both are on my shopping list....

Cheers

Martin

I am really looking forward to the King Air - looks amazing - I have not bought any MILVIZ - so cant wait to get this one, thinking this would be a great seller

With MilViz you must practice patience.  I have their C310R, it is really nice, but MilViz is not in the habit of releasing products with a bunch of bugs, so we must wait patiently.

My computer: ABS Gladiator Gaming PC featuring an Intel 10700F CPU, EVGA CLC-240 AIO cooler (dead fans replaced with Noctua fans), Asus Tuf Gaming B460M Plus motherboard, 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, EVGA RTX3070 FTW3 video card, dead EVGA 750 watt power supply replaced with Antec 900 watt PSU.

I knew they had an MU-2 in development, but hadn't seen the shots yet. Looks good, hopefully the TPE331's will be simulated properly.

This MU-2 looks stunning, any mo(o)re recent info on this bird? I guess it's in line behind the 350i, but personally I'm even more excited about this one.
