Not all that sure about that, to me it seems like Europe currently has quite superior payware airport scenery coverage compared to the US.

In some countries airport photographing might be an issue, personally I would surely love to create scenery for many not so well covered countries if there was just enough data available...

Agreed, my post on the first page was just much needed scenery off the top of my head, there are so many.

I read somewhere that US scenery sells much better than European. So there is a segment of our hobby that votes with their dollars.

Not trying to fragment the hobby, but I think aviation in the States is much more accessible than European flying.

I'd like to see the numbers, maybe I'm wrong...

At least Simmarket's bestsellers of the week seems to suggest otherwise, mostly non-US airports there. As most simmers seem to be airliner flying oriented I think major world airports tend to sell pretty much equally well no matter their location.

Not sure what you mean with "accessible", but I think within the EU aviation overall isn't that different or any more difficult to get into than in the US.

That's something I'd like to know.  What percentage are GA, airliner or both.  I do, occasionally, fly an airliner but I'm 99% GA.  I know there are a lot of PMDG fans but there are also RealAir fans, Carenado fans..  Has anyone ever done a poll?

I actually saw that  PA-31 had flown into Denver this morning on FlightAware.  Not mixed use but...at least a small GA presence.

Signature has an FBO at DEN. Not busy probably but you'd get some private jets in

Supposedly it's the quickest way to downtown Denver- they said that not me.

The problem at airports like DEN isn't that you can't fly in there with light/slow GA, it's that it's not practical to do so.  ATC doesn't really want you there, you can get delayed, there are landing fees, the FBO will be pricey and you'd really better know what you're doing because nobody is going to hold your hand.  Denver has several reliever airports to the west (KBJC), south (KAPA) and east (KFTG) that even the turbo-prop and small jet guys find preferable to getting hung up around a bunch of big iron and there are even more outlying fields more appropriate to smaller planes.

Of course, in the sim you can do whatever you want.  In that environment, I'm perfectly comfortable taking my B60 Duke in there.
