As others have said, an amazing video and stunning flying. I especially liked the 'box' formation with the port and starboard wingmen on knife edge, amazing. Before you all rush off and get Lock-On note that the video was V1.1 'Flaming Cliffs' beta. This is a version ED are working on and AFAIK it has yet to be released. More details will be available in threads on the LOMAC forum at Ubisoft's web site.Considering the fluidity of that clip and the fact they have heat blur on I wonder what spec the computer was?I did buy LOMAC a while ago (full price) as a change from FS9 but I never got into it, too many commands for this old brain to assimulate :-)The www.virtualflight.ru web site is available in English and there is a link to that video (I hope!) http://gallery.virtualflight.ru/index_en.p...eo&cat=vftc2004

Clay:"Any of these guys could fly my wing, ANYDAY!"Thank you Clay! We wish we could accept your invitation ;)Thanks everybody very much for such kind words :) It is very pleasantly to see our efforts acknowledged by the FS community!BTW in august, 2005 we are planning once again to take part in the forthcoming MAKS-2005 airshow that will take place on Flight Research Institute (LII) Airfield in Jukovski near Moscow. As usual we are planning to make live virtual aerobatics show. So if any of you have the possibility to visit Russia that time you are welcome to visit us :)P.S. You should try LO-MAC Flaming Cliffs demo. Especially the Su-25 Frogfoot with the advanced flight model. This is the best flight model ever created for PC. It gives incredible feel of flying a real plane.P.P.S. none of us uses Trackir :)arkady, =123= VFTC

How did they do that anyway -- I guess it was flown using Multiplayer somehow. When I have flown on the Bushnet in a (kind of) formation with another flyer, I find it extremely difficult to judge distances. The Sim doesn't give good 3d perspective for that.Barry

Was this done in FS 2004?And what are the specifications of hardware, video, multiplayer, etc?I noticed the skies were clear so no FPS issues, but still pretty amazing. More details please!Barry

Very well done. Keep in mind that what we do in MSFS is just as hard for someone who doesn't spend the time playing and practicing. These guys spend a lot of time doing this stuff and may communicate by voice, which would make it easier. I would suck at it too, but I used to suck at flying in MSFS. ;)By the way, they need to put their gear up more often!

Flaming cliffs' release is iminent. Takes LOMAC to a new level, and has arguably the best FM ever seen on a PC (alas exclusievly for the SU-25). BTW the new Su-25 reportedly has a poly count of 52,000.In the meantime and as suggested above, check out the free demo:http://www.lockon.ru/index.php?end_pos=135...roducts〈=en
