AI Traffic in P3DV2.2

The FSUIPC4.ini is in the same directory as fsuipc itself, i.e. in the "modules" directory.

Kind regards, Michael

I installed UT2 and updated it PERFECTLY with the migrate tool.....I assume it would work as well with just changing the path but don't quote me on it...

It works great.....

You have file extensions switched off in Windows explorer, switch it on (Google how to do that). The forth file from below is the ini file

This is strange. I don't recall if I used the Migrator tool or not, but I do recall Installation went quite straight and there were no issues. There are a lot of people using UT2 under Prepar3d2 now.

If it does not work using the Migrator tool, I'd try it the other way and install it directly. I think, it allows to choose the installation directory by hand. Of course, you have to add the exe.xml and prepar3d.cfg  entries by hand, then.

Kind regards, Michael

World of AI also a good option. That is what I use. Models are very nice and it is free.

Did you convert the flightplans to the fsx format or did you leave them at the fs9 standard ?

-Paul-

I have WOAI working well in P3D v2.2 but going to put UT2 on now I've seen this thread. The only thing stopping me is the AI separation, I use to use AI smooth in FSX but it doesn't work in P3D has anyone seen any alternatives or workarounds

Cheers

Thanks that's great but doesn't really ansew the question?:P

Thanks michael for the help

Try it without the migrator, just copy the FSX.exe in your P3D directory.

This will solve the problem.

The ones I ported over from FS9 were converted to FSX format using AI Flight Planner. Very simple. However, it appears that WoAI is now creating packages specifically for FSX, making that step unnecessary.

I followed all advice above no way I can transfer AI TRaffic to P3Dv2,2. After making changes in P3D cfg and XML and transferring FSX Exe to P3Dv2.2 directory ,at the end it looks like I must be messed up something. Now P3D at airport averaging 4-6 fps and not flyable.

I went through installing P3D repair. No luck. I will uninstall P3D and reinstall, if this not work , I will reinstall the Windows 7.

THis is my mistakes, I thought I can do it.

Thanks all your supports. Let me see what will happen after reinstalling  the windows
