September 28, 201411 yr Thanks Jim, You are still all alone though Really? Well hopefully interest will pick up. Jim Jim Vasto
September 29, 201411 yr Surprising, considering the interest shown, but, I expect more people will jump on the bandwagon after the initial release, and we get some real world reviews coming in. Jazz
September 29, 201411 yr How does it attach to one's desk? Thanks, Ray Good question. The truth is you don't need to because with the case it is 27 lbs. So with the rubber feet it just stays put. We do have 4 threaded M4 holes on the bottom of the case with the same bolt pattern as a saitek mount so it would be an easy swap out. This is for people who have a custom mounting application. If you are just using it as a desk top unit you will not need anything.
September 29, 201411 yr Thanks Chad...next question. How hot does it get, and is it shielded enough to place a monitor on top of it? Thanks, Ray
September 29, 201411 yr Thanks Chad...next question. How hot does it get, and is it shielded enough to place a monitor on top of it? Thanks, Ray The case does not get hot based on the testing I have done. You can feel it start to warm up with prolonged use but its not hot. The case provides enough shielding. I have done demos of the unit with my mac air on top. I have not tried a CRT monitor near the magnetic shaft yet, mostly because I can't find one...
September 29, 201411 yr Ok sounds good...having a LED/LCD then should NOT cause an issue. Thanks, Ray

September 29, 201411 yr Hi Chad, when are or were the first units shipped to the owners? Interesting to know because from that moment one can expert reviews and first impressions. That will help the community to get interested in your product. Don Houtman
September 29, 201411 yr We have currently started building parts for units. we are waiting on power supplies which are due to arrive today. Other than that just a few finishing touches will have us in production. Today while cutting production units our CNC broke a part so we are having a new piece sent for tomorrow, should no slow things down. With testing and finishing we are looking at next week (we hope) so things are close.
October 1, 201411 yr I agree that without seeing the reviews by an ordinary or credible customers it is insane to pay this money for the product that can easily go wrong or be not to the expectation. I was searching for any reviews on the Brunner ffb yokes – and nothing too. Those who are selling such products must have some idea of marketing, i.e. take one unit and go to the local air club, FAA event or any other sim or avia venues. There should be enough competent crowd who would like to try the marvel and comment. If they have a reputation in the community the word will spread so that you will get millions of orders, including the commercials. You can’t be serious expecting any orders by submitting you home-made youtube video praising your product and showing it moves.

I invite anyone to come and try one of our units if they can swing by the office. Alternatively I will be in Sacramento California with a unit October 14-16 and Orlando Flordia November 28 to December 5th. I am also trying to get to San Marcos,Texas the week of Oct 27th but not sure I will be able to make that happen. Who wants to meet me and try it.
October 1, 201411 yr Question for the group. I'm sure most of use who are thinking about upgrading to this yoke will also need to get a throttle quadrant and some type of switch for flaps and gears. Since I do mostly GA flying can the group recommend a quadrant gear and flap combo? Or, how would you guys rate Saitek Pro Flight throttle quadrant? I'm more of a CH product person because back in 2008 a buddy of mine had a really hard time getting Saitek yoke and rudder pedals to work in FSX. Where my CH yoke and rudder pedals was a simple plug and play. Thanks, Ray
