Hello pilots!

I'd like to share with you a preview of new features upcoming in v1.3 of my free flight planner:

1) Terrain Layer - add anywhere in the world map. Read elevations under mouse cursor, see 'the bigger picture' to plan climb and descent for your route.

2) Vertical Profile - plan your cruise altitude, climb & descent rate and WPs altitudes in very friendly UI using mouse drag.

Thanks guys. Hope to finish this soon  .

Another useful way to use terrain layer is to set range for elevations values in such way, that you have bicolored image.

This is example for New Zealand - in very mountainous area.

Very useful features!  Can't wait to try it.

great software...pls keep us updated.

tks

Excellent stuff Lukasz.

I don't believe any real world flight planning  software is able to show terrain to that level of detail, simulation out performing the real world - pretty cool.
