A2A Simulations Sale? I demand one!

Featured Replies

Haha! plus I don't have the time for it in between MotoGP races...apparently!

You don't fool us Cal, we know you do this just to keep up with all the real world GA planes you've bought ... just waiting for you to integrate the GTN 750 into Hawker 850XP -- then we know LCR Honda have really stepped up your paycheck.  You get to see Coventry much these days?

As far as A2A, would love to pay full price to see an A2A Lockheed Constellation for P3D v2.x.

Cheers, Rob.

Me, too, Rob.

Rob, can you please check my previous post #30 and advise if you can.

Talking of bikes, saw a beautiful 3-wheeler touring class Triumph, beautiful bodywork, chrome, etc. Was told that eponymous make was still made here.

Both are excellent airplanes, just like the real world, you chose the plane that suits your needs.  If I were going to pick only one, I would go with the 182 with it's great versatility.

I have them both, but I prefer the C182 ... however the C172 is great if you're doing your PPL and your FBO rents C172 (I don't have any C182 rentals local to me).

Cheers, Rob.

You know what I wish? I wish that A2A would develop for DCS. A2A used to have an emphasis on warplanes, and DCS is so much better than FSX (and I guess p3d) for that sort of thing. Imagine an A2A F-104 to fight the Leatherneck Sim Mig-21.

I picked up the C182 for FSX and P3D today...finally!  Looking forward to giving it a go.  Thank you A2A!

As i already have the Civilian Mustang with the Acusim package i was able to pick up the Military Mustang for 11 Euro, great stuff indeed.    I was trying to decide now on either Spitfire, P40 or the B17 but after watching this video Again,  it was deffo the B17 with Acusim pack.

So the Mil Mustang and the B17 for today's sale and hopefully a liccle sale in June will wipe out the rest.  Very happy.  When i familiarize myself with my new toy i will be posting some Screenshots in what is now my world famous Screen shot threads

B17 is so immersive ..check out  this online group that fly simulated WWII bombing runs. They actually fly for 10 hours or so in formation, talk about dedication ! i flew with them for a while but the time difference ( I live in Thailand) was a killer

Elaine, is that B-17 P3D compatible? Looks good.

Rick the only planes that are Naturally P3D compatible are the C182 + 172 and the Cherokee.

For everything else use this the Estonian Migration tool   http://secure.simmarket.com/fsx-to-prepare3d-migration-tool.phtml

Its only 12 Euro and its poppet proof (stupid proof)  A cracking piece of software that just works

Thanks for that Elaine. I already have that EMT. Will head of over to A2A for a 2nd bite after my earlier purchases.

Wow 10 hours  :o  My gold fish attention span would not allow this,  that's brilliant.   Yes the B17 is really the Cream of the war-birds alright.  Really looking forward to flying this.

Thank you for the link

I couldn't resist the temptation, so I purchased the P3D version of the Piper Cherokee 180.

If you get the B17, i think this video is a must,  its a start up tutorial and commentary,  very well done.  He does all the A2A stuff.  Very interesting.
