Hmmm.....  I wonder if LM have given Stanislaw Drzewiecki the official 'nod' in order for him to make such a bold statement on his Company Website?

Perhaps because it's not an insider talking, but an outsider, speculating.

 

The talk of 64-bit if you need the skinny is in the official P3D forums, where some broad clues have been dropped by the developers.

Interesting. Perhaps LM could comment on this... ?!

So now we have Stanislaw saying that we'll have a 64 bit version and John Venema saying there will be no 64 bit version. Interesting, but my guess is that there will still be a 64 bit version at some point in the future, just no telling when or what version it will be.
